Fitness
The goal of Student Health Force® - Fitness is to improve health, fitness, and quality of life through daily physical activity by using principles from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services' Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans as well as the President's Council on Physical Fitness, Sports and Nutrition.
A subscription to the Fitness course gives you access to a series of seven lessons (aligned to National Health Education Standards) that are appropriate for ages 12 to 18 to augment a physical education and physical activity program.
These online, interactive lessons have audio and video and promote health-related vocabulary development, life skills, reading, writing, and listening practice, and provide critical health information.
The course consists of the following 7 modules:



Nutrition
The goal of Student Health Force® - Nutrition is to improve lifelong eating and physical activity habits by using the principles of the MyPlate as well as the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
A subscription to the Nutrition course gives you access to a series of ten nutrition lessons (aligned to national health education standards) that are appropriate for ages 12 to 18.
These online, interactive lessons have audio and video and promote health-related vocabulary development, life skills, reading and listening practice, and provide critical health information.
This program is appropriate for use as a curriculum, a supplement to existing curriculum or used in a summer camp or an after school setting.
The course consists of the following 10 modules:







21st Century Job Skills
Today's job market is as competitive as ever. Businesses of all types are becoming increasingly more selective in their hiring processes. Students applying for jobs must have a range of interpersonal and social skills in order to meet these hiring requirements.
A subscription to the 21st Century Job Skills course gives you access to a series of 12 lessons that are appropriate for high school students.

Tobacco Use Prevention
The Tobacco Use Prevention course focuses on improving the long-term respiratory health of young people. Tobacco use is the leading cause of preventable death in the United States. The majority of daily smokers (82%) began smoking before 18 years of age, and more than 3,000 young persons begin smoking each day.
A subscription to the Tobacco Use Prevention course gives you access to a series of 8 lessons that are appropriate for ages 12 to 18.

K - 6 Lessons
The K-6 Lessons focus on addressing key health issues affecting children: nutrition, physical activity, safety and emotional well-being.
A subscription to K-6 Lessons gives you access to 36 lesson plans for each grade level (K-2, 3-4, & 5-6) that are broken down into four units:
